When we say “free shipping”, there is no need to do math. We show you the price – and once you’ve added items to your shopping cart, you can see your total. We don’t make you read between the lines, add subtotals to other line items, or calculate shipping based on different factors. Orders on in stock merchandise that are received before 12:00pm Central Standard Time will be fulfilled within the same day.

Most orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of shipping. Weekends and Holidays are excluded. Most orders are shipped UPS Ground. Shipping times can vary by product so please contact us to confirm delivery details. Please allow multiple business days prior to shipping on items such as Pitching Mounds and our Iron Mike Pitching Machines. Purchase Orders & Quotes

We accept Purchase Orders over $500 from: Schools, Colleges, Universities, Government Entities, Institutions, Hospitals, Youth Programs and Non-Profit Organizations. We do not accept POs from individuals at this time. If the purchase amount is under $500, we would ask that you please place the order online using a major credit card. If you are submitting an order with a Purchase Order, please follow the instructions below. We offer 15 days net terms on all Purchase Orders. Standard shipping & handling for all orders is free.

Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge, and can be arranged by calling 1-800-297-0747.

THE PURCHASE ORDER MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

• It must be submitted on official organization letterhead.
• The product name/s and the quantities you wish to order (Minimum order for purchase orders is $500)
• Your organization name.
• Contact name, phone number and fax number of your organization.
• Your company’s billing address and, if applicable, a different delivery address.
• The e-mail address for the order
• The method by which you plan to remit payment (We accept all major credit cards, checks, money orders and wire transfers).
• Name and Signature of authorized representative of organization to complete the purchase.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS:

• Minimum purchase of $500 for all purchases by PO.
• Orders will only ship after all information is verified and approved by our accounting department.
• We reserve the right to decline purchase orders.
• Payment is due within 15 days of delivery of shipment.

We try to provide our very best price but can at time provide a volume discount for team sales, leagues and facilities. To inquire about any additional discount please proceed with a quote request.

This policy does not extend to promotional giveaways, or special and limited offers. This Offer is for the total price of the product (Including shipping & applicable taxes). Show us the lower price within 15 days after purchasing the product from us and we’ll refund the purchase difference as a credit to your account.

RETURNS

It is the policy of Unique Sports to accept returns during the first 30 days after delivery. If you wish to return an item and receive a refund, simply contact us at 1-800-297-0747 to set up a return shipment.

To receive a full refund, any defective products must be returned within 30 days of the merchandise being delivered.

For any defective products returned after 30 days, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and a re-stocking fee may be assessed for the returned products.

Any return after 30 days is at the discretion of Unique Sports. For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Non-defective product returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Products must be unopened or unused. Used products will be subject to a maintenance fee. This policy is subject to change at any time.
